To amplify the impetus on making India the skill capital of the world, Quess Corp aims to promote international cooperation through transfer of skills, techniques and knowledge gained by technical interns to the developing nations. With a mission to further enhance employability and sustainability in developing nations, Quess Corp targets over 10000 technical interns to Japan for skill development and employment opportunities.
Quess Corp is empaneled by NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) to send technical interns to Japan. We endeavor to impart training directly through Japanese natives to develop the individuals holistically and make them a perfect fit for different employment opportunities in Japan under the TITP program.
The Government of India has entered into an agreement with the Government of Japan to send skilled workers from India to work in Japan for up to a period of 5 years. The workers shall work in the capacity of Technical Interns with Japanese companies, undergo technical internship training and earn during their tenure of internship.
Quess Corp is empaneled by NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) to send Technical Interns to Japan.
To qualify for the program, interns must have prior work experience in domain skills and shall be trained in Japanese language and culture.

Executive Director and Group CEO – Quess Corp
Guru is the Executive Director and Group CEO of the company. A founding member, Guru was the fourth employee of the company. He has more than 25 years of experience of industry experience, including leadership roles at GE Health, Hewitt Associates and People One Consulting. Guru is a Stanford Ignite Graduate from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, in addition to having a Master’s in Business Administration. Over the years at Quess, Guru has built the Work Force Management Platform to be an industry-leading one, set up the Shared Services Centre, integrated the Asset Management Business, and has been part of the team that takes key decisions at the corporate level. A natural leader, Guru has keen interest in photography and restoring Vintage vehicles.
