Bangalore According to job search platform Foundit (formerly Monster), the information technology-enabled services (ITES) and business process outsourcing (BPO) sectors are driving the demand for women in the workforce in India. Foundit said in a report published on Monday that these two sectors accounted for 36 per cent of total jobs for women in February, up from 30 per cent in the same month last year.
